Show and Tell Edit

The number one mistake beginner writers make is this concept of show and tell. Both showing and telling have a place in a novel, but when the entire book is told rather than shown, readers will likely set the book down and never pick it up again. Choose this edit if you're manuscript is already sound in plot and structure.

In this edit, we'll go over each one of your scenes and figure out where you can show rather than tell. We'll also include a pass to find any of those problematic filtering spots. This edit will include some rewrites, and, if necessary, some coaching. The coaching session can be booked in addition to the editing. When all is finished, your imagery and showing will leave a reader feeling like they are truly part of the story.
